Russian Aeroflot Bonds Issue

Russia's largest air carrier Aeroflot after a multi-year break returned to the bond market.

Tthe company will place exchange bonds for 12 billion rubles to finance the deal to repurchase its own shares from a businessman Alexander Lebedev. 

Term securities circulation is three years, the company will place two bond issues 6 billion rubles each, Aeroflot said in a press release.
