Daimler and EBRD Bouhgt Russian KAMAZ

German automobile concern Daimler AG and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) have completed a deal to purchase shares of Russia's largest truck manufacturer "KAMAZ", said the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "KAMAZ "Chemezov.

Thus, the share of foreign companies in the "KAMAZ" has grown to 15%. Daimler increased its stake to 11%, EBRD became a shareholder in "KAMAZ" with a share of 4%. The amount of the transaction were not disclosed.
