Russian Gazprom Neft Will Pay 15% Dividends

Gazprom Neft will direct on dividends of not less than 15% of net profit calculated by US GAAP, the company reported.  

The Board of Directors of Gazprom Neft has approved the Provision on dividend policy, thus formalizing dividends practice the company has followed in recent years. 

"The Provision sets out the minimum amount of annual dividends on the shares in amount of  15% of its net income, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP)", - said the report.
