Russian General Satellite (GS) and South Korean Samsung Electronics have contracted to manufacture in Kaliningrad on the basis of the company "Digital Television Systems" (TCC) digital satellite television consoles for "Tricolor TV".
TCC is located at technopolis Gusev. This plant was put into operation in late August 2009. The Technopolis progect investor GS has invested in its creation of 5 billion rubles.
