Daimler and Troika Dialog Discuss Selling KamAZ

German carmaker Daimler and Troika Dialog (the owner of 44 per cent stake of KamAZ) shall sign today a Memorandum of Intentions determing basic terms of selling additional stock of KamAZ.  

The latter shall happen diring the Prime Minister Putin's visit. The stock shall amount to 5-6 per cent according to KamAZ Chairman of the Board of Directors, Sergey Chemezov.

Daimler currently owns 10 percent of KamAZ,  bought at Troika Dialog in 2008 for $ 250 million.
