Mail.Ru Group Goes To London Stock Exchange

Holding Mail.Ru Group (a former investment fund Digital Sky Technologies) before the end of this year will be released on the London Stock Exchange, Reuters reported today.
The company plans to sell 15% of its shares worth more than $ 500 million. According to Reuters, Mail.Ru Group will open a log on  October 25, and proposals will be evaluated in early November.
vestment fund Digital Sky Technologies was renamed Mail.Ru Group in September this year. Holding specializes in investments in internet projects. At the moment it owns messenger ICQ, 10% of the shares of the world's largest social networking site Facebook, shares in companies Zynga, "Vkontakte" and other assets.
